Dr. Bennett is class. I love his radio show; I can see why liberals have targeted it to shut it down. He's the best conservative on talk radio by far. We're with you, Dr. Bennett!

Sorry to lose a good man, over a distortion.

(Another victim of PC hysteria.)

This is the modern McCarthyism, but don't count on the Left
or the MSM to raise the issue. . .

Oh, brother. Why are we so unable to deflect criticism like the democrats? He was illustrating absurdity by being absurd, and yet the MSM allowed the liberals to frame their argument without question.

Well, the only thing I have to say is if Bennett is gone, maybe K12 will become affordable to Homeschooling families.

Sorry to see him go anyway. I'll continue to listen to his morining show.

I wouldn't get too upset over this. One of the biggest rackets in government today involves these former Washington bureaucrats who leave the public sector and then find their way into advisories roles like this, or onto the boards of various Beltway special-interest groups.

Looks like the k12 site is washed clean of all references to Bennett. I tried googling all Bennett mentions at that specific site, they're all coming up "not found." Lots of archived press releases listed by Google---all gone.

K12 is free to students in PA, free home computer and internet service too. I tried it. I'm too polite to say what I thought of it, but even a free extra computer and internet service didn't make it appealing.
I like Bennett, though. He shouldn't have caved, but probably they gave him no choice.

Let's not denegrate the good Senator MaCarthy. McCarthyism was a good thing and brought to light many communists embedded within our government. This is simply an increasingly desperate Democrat Party taking advantage of a comment better left unsaid, but true, nonetheless.

One of my children does K12. It's free, and they pay for internet connection. So far so good. She's learning about Chinese history already in first grade.

This is digusting. He didn't do or SAY anything wrong, yet he can be damaged and destroyed this was. This is unacceptable.

UH-OH, you've done it now, you used a word that an Ohio politician used a few years ago in a meeting. Because of this terrible word that you and he used, he was forced to resign. The detractors of this politician said that they were offended because it sounded too much like the word n****r.

Why oh why do the Republicans always cave to pressure exerted by the left! Even Rush did it! I just don't understand why they don't hold their ground. To the public, quitting looks like guilt. I am so disgusted with PC.

Ah, yes, the great American hounding -- almost always based on a statement taken out of context and/or willfully misconstrued. The hounding may be the one activity in this country that is truly nonpartisan, nonsexist, and just about non-everything else. It's a nasty game that just keeps going around and coming around. And nobody's innocent in this game, either. Everybody plays it.
