Question for you or anyone that knows anything about explosives -- I know nothing. What would a directional device do with a bomb?
I looked back through the posts and saw you were the one who answered when I asked about the police setting off the second explosive device... was wondering if you might be able to answer PhiKapMom's question regarding a "Directional Device"? See Post #4218...
