I just got off the phone with Laurie. She's home from the hospital and sounds wonderful. She's making a very quick, very full recovery. She thanks everyone for their prayers.
She plans to be back on the air doing her show in January.
She does want to clear up one thing however. The rumors that she hit a deer are untrue. She is an animal lover, and would never have done anything of the sort. She says that the deer hit her. <SMILE>

I am very pleased to hear that Laurie is doing so well.
She is not joking about being hit by the deer, as I had a big bull run into the side of my car, unreal the damage it did.
