From the last link: http://www.ottergoose.net/ in the comments section. Also, see comment by "Drake."
Sorry, I was kind of vague. The Drake comment is from here http://www.oudaily.com/vnews/display.v/ART/2005/10/02/433f3c43d0f24.
I agree with you Ian, and thanks to you bringing our threads forward, we can participate in breaking news, ask questions and comment upon it. Orchestrating each new TM thread is time consuming and puts you on the cutting edge every time we approach 4000. Thank you bunches for all you do here. It is not taken for granted :-)
No matter who did it, no one was covering it today. It was as if it had never happened. Mind boggling!
Halloween may very well not be the most frightening day in October if the dates and numbers meet terrorist criteria.
Thanks for the link Lahargis.
Yep. What did we ever find out about the bus driver and the senior citizens who died leaving the hurricane area. Zip! Nada! Nothing!
Thanks.
I wondered if "Drake" was in secret ink or something.
Smiling...grouchy, too.
If you must shop the malls and big box stores, take it upon yourself to avoid entry into these places while pick-ups or deliveries are blocking or reasonably close to store entrances. Terrorists are not going to drive up in a vehicle with terrorist logo on the exterior of the vehicle. They're going to be inconspicuous and catch people totally unaware. The tiniest of cars can be loaded with explosives as well as large pickup trucks, SUVs and commercial vehicles.
Ok, here's his comment from the article:

"Drake Melson, University College freshman, said he went past a police barricade and saw a bomb robot near the bench where the bomb had detonated.
What I saw from the video feed from the bomb robot was pretty graphic. Just imagine someone who was wearing pants and seeing nothing from the waist up. It was really disturbing, he said."

OPINION-SPECULATION - If the top half is missing, it makes one wonder if he was wearing a bomb vest.
THAT'S RIGHT and so can bicycles and motorcylces be packed, too, sorry to say.
The key is to look for any vehicle "improperly parked or parked in locations not normally associated with deliveries."
I'll add this:
Also watch for vehicles abandoned on a street or in a parking lot and vehicles left running with no one in them.

"Grisly key to blasts"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "INDONESIAN and Australian police are working to identify three decapitated heads believed to belong to suicide bombers who detonated the Bali explosives on Saturday.
Key Jemaah Islamiah bomb-makers Noordin Top and Azahari bin Husin, who built the 2002 Bali bombs and are accused of the JW Marriott Hotel and Australian embassy attacks, top the list of suspects believed responsible for the latest atrocity.
The two men, Malaysian nationals, have been elevated by Jemaah Islamiah members to almost Osama bin Laden status because of their evasion of authorities since 2002 and their seniority in JI.
"They suspect three suicide bombers but that's not confirmed," Australian Federal Police Commissioner Mick Keelty said yesterday.
"They have three heads they are examining, and that's a typical forensic outcome from a suicide bomber."
Decapitation is a common result of suicide vests exploding.
"The early indications are that they're very hopeful of being able to quickly identify the persons that have been used here as suicide bombers," Mr Keelty said.
Azahari, dubbed "Demolition Man" by Indonesian media, and Top are believed to be in Mindanao in the southern Philippines, and continue to train apprentice bomb-makers and JI recruits."

I went to both sites and couldn't find a comment by Drake. It could be that it is late and I am a knuckledragger by trade. But now I am curious.
Yes, I knew about the uses for patroling and working with the Navy......
But always revert to 'rescue' when I think of Dolphins.
Now your connection of the Dolphin to the Scuba Diver, is more than interesting, it would explain them, but still not the fact that they have no equipment or starting point to enter the water.
In those rescue logs, I forget which of the islands, but
close by, as i recall, there were 2 divers that were found, there again, no place where they entered the water.
I think if a big dolphin came at me under water, it would scare me enough that I would forget how to keep breathing.
The photo of the dolphins open mouth is impressive.
Would the Dolphins be working up north, where the diver was found? Or only in the warm southern waters?
You are a lovely person.
Wish you were close enough to come and cook too....
The cats and I send thanks for thinking of us.
See post no. 350.
I quoted from that link.
Thanks to Lahargis for pointing that Drake comment out.
