The articles in the mainstream press and the “objective” reports of the networks all begin with the same basic premise. They speak of her as “the grieving mother.” They refer to her as the ”woman driven by her son’s death to re-ignite the anti-war movement.”
Funny, Cindy Sheehan didn’t seem to be all that distraught during her recent publicity stunt in Washington DC. Cindy seemed downright giddy as she and some of her mindless cronies sat down on the pedestrian walkway in front of the White House, singing 60’s tunes and chanting “stop the war now.” She seemed happy as a heifer in a field of red clover after one of her whacked-out followers tried to crawl the White House fence and was arrested by the Secret Service. When being carried off by the police, after being warned to leave on three separate occasions, Cindy displayed the sort of addled grin generally associated with those who spy a big plate of Toll House cookies after a dozen too many bong hits. When the drones who followed her to the planned arrest began chanting “the whole world is watching,” I thought she might break into sighs of carnal ecstasy.
“The whole world is watching?” Give me a break. Why don’t these folks break out the Nehru jackets, love beads, smiley faces, and a copy of the Beach Boy’s “Pet Sounds” album. I saw no jack-booted cops setting German shepherds on Sheehan and friends. I saw no water cannons. All I saw was a bunch of spoiled, ignorant liberals with too much time on their hands and too much cellulite in their brains. If not for the war, these people would be protesting spotted owl desecration. If the spotted owls weren’t available they would march to ban microwave ovens, which we all know are a spawn of evil nuclear technology. If the microwaves refused to cooperate, they would no doubt hold a public love-in to remove deadly substances such as Red Dye #2 and Splenda from cans of diet cherry soda.
Grieving? I’ve no doubt Cindy grieves honestly for her son when the cameras are off. But, when the lens is upon her, she seems far more concerned with feeding off the emotions and adulation of the hate-filled and deluded. Perhaps, in the politically correct theology of Cindy Sheehan’s left-wingnut America, “grieving” has taken on a new definition.
To me, a true measure of Cindy’s “grieving” would not include trashing every value and every action for which her son gave his life. It would not include cursing the man whom her son viewed as Commander in Chief. It does not include condemning the country for which her son fought to the death. Last but not least, it does not include labeling the terrorists who murdered her son as “freedom fighters.”
Casey Sheehan died a warrior and a hero. He re-enlisted for his second hitch in Iraq at age 24. He won the Bronze Star. He volunteered for the rapid rescue force that was sent to save a convoy of soldiers from insurgents. He died in that mission, and I’ll bet if he had the chance, he’d take the same risk again. He was an American soldier, and from all indications, proud to be a part of the attempt to plant the seeds of freedom and liberty in Iraq.
I’d also bet that, given the chance, he would look at his mother and say “I love you Mom, but you’re wrong.” But the “peace mother,” as accused by nearly all of her closest relatives in a public letter, is more concerned with her own self-promotion and personal agenda than with any honorable goal. While most of her speeches require heavy editing (she’s pretty foul-mouthed once she gets on a tirade) lets take a look at some quotes from Cindy herself
“The biggest terrorist is George W Bush.”
“America is not worth dying for.”
“We have no Constitution. We’re the only country with no checks and balances. Let George Bush send his two little party animals to die in Iraq,”
“You get America out of Iraq and Israel out of Palestine, and you’ll stop the terrorism.”
“Is there anyone in America who cannot yet see that Donald Rumsfeld is a liar, that he, as with Hitler and Stalin, will say anything so long as he thinks it will help shape the world to his own liking?”
I could go on, but nobody would print it. Most publications that run this column frown on four letter expletives. That’s very understandable. What is not understandable is how the print media and the networks who promote Cindy’s message - those bastions of self-proclaimed objectivity and truth - refuse to inform their readers and viewers of Cindy's propensity to utter insane and disgusting statements. Instead they simply stand her up as a figurehead, purity incarnate, and refer to her time and again as the “woman who re-ignited the anti-war movement.”
This is the biggest lie of all. Cindy Sheehan did not in any way re-ignite the anti-war movement. Without the leftist press, who portrays her as a saint, a hero and a patriot, Cindy Sheehan would remain unknown. Without the leftist press, who refuses to print or broadcast Sheehan when she is making anti-Semitic comments, cursing like a drunken sailor or defiling every tradition and value championed by her courageous son, the woman would at best be considered ignorant, bitter and flat-out nuts. She’d be consigned to the same press basement as David Duke (who supports her, by the way).
There is a far greater lie than the words of Cindy Sheehan, and it is this.
Cindy Sheehan did not “re-ignite” the anti-war movement. She was chosen as a useful puppet to be manipulated by media darlings such Michael Moore, Moveon.org, Jesse Jackson and a host of card-carrying Bush haters.
Cindy Sheehan did not “re-ignite” the anti-war movement. She serves as the perfect pawn, a person of limited intellectual prowess who is enjoying being the center of attention, who appears thrilled that, for the first time in her life, people are paying attention to her rants. That the people paying attention have no greater mental horsepower than she makes not a whit of difference.
Cindy Sheehan did not “re-ignite” the anti-war movement.
The press did.
The MSM will get its due reward, along with the freaks and retards like Cindy, and her ilk.

Her pix where she is literally hugging the back of Jesse Jackson immediately brings to mind the "Stuck on Stupid" phrase made popular by Major General Russ Honore'e.
She is ignited the ire of military families by her actions.

Actually, being able to cry on demand is a very good acting skill. Hollyweirdos..you've got competition.
Either that, or personality #27 is the "crying one" and it comes out when needed like any multiple-personality would.
What's truly amazing to me is that she ever had kids. Must have been artificial insemination. That is one ugly woman. Her face reminds me of a cartoon character, but for the life of me I can't recall which one.

In my opinion, she was never a "mom." That is a subjective term. Her son was the result of a man's sperm impregnating a female egg. Her male offsping was her Son, but she refused to recognize it.
This bitch hates her offspring.
Someone should throw a bucket of water on this bitch, and let her dissolve. And if that doesn't work, I'd send her to Baghdad for a double HCL double-dip.
