Yes, but quess which one is the more bizarre.

Mercury? I felt there was something odd about her.

I'm not sure I approve of "focused muscle group training"

Didn't see the segment but judging from previous performances by Estrich, she is in truth insane beyond a reasonable doubt.

We didn't just focus on legs or arms... We used muscles all over our bodies. We just used different muscles that I hadn't used before.

I won't be surprised if the sides of my thighs are a little stiff tomorrow.

heya, Taz

so I gather.

I guess having a rattling nutbag pimping The Shrew is beneficial to Conservatism. I find it short-range useful that the Donks continue their rapid descent into gibbering insanity... makes them a tough sell to the "swing" voters.

inner or outer?
probably inner.... it is really hard to strain the vastus externus, but easy as pie to strain the gracilis and sartorius

Outer, actually. I rarely strain my inner thighs.

We were doing these leg lifts on our sides at various angles. The way we were holding our legs made it so that we used our outer thigh muscles to lift the leg. By the time we were finished I could actually feel the specific muscles moving.

that'd do it.
but that is focused muscle group exercise.
i don't like it, as a rule.

it goes against my 'whole body - coordinated movement under load' PE philosophy

I have trouble losing weight in general, so I figured I might as well try something new. Pilates is an "in" thing right now.

afaik, Pilates, if rigorously pursued in combination with a sensible diet, works very well for weight control, cardio, and metabolic retraining.

'nite
