Her opening line at the "peace" demonstration was a real winner: "If we didn't know it now, we certainly know it now."
This rally is a great comedic diversion from the Hurricane Rita coverage. Tune in and indulge.

False advertising on CSPAN's part. Instead of her name and "Son killed in Iraq" on the bottom of the screen they should have had "Paid spokesperson".

Sheehan is delusional and boring. Another old female prune speaking Nancy Wolforth now.
This is getting ugly.
To: Sapper26
They sure got her off the stage quick. And the Nancy-person really likes to say "damn".

Where's the HUGE crowd? The AP reports it at 2000. Some twit earlier said there were 100,000 protesters in London. AP sez 10,000.

After watching this for a few minutes, what are they protesting again? War on poverty? War on blacks? the Message is getting lost. They've already had a guy on who brought up racism in New Orleans. Aha -- this speaker is bringing up racism also. She sure likes the word 'd*mn'!!

Protests always seem to become occasions for many different issues. Remember the ones from the Vietnam era, they'd add on any possible personal cause to the war one. I was in college then and those "events" happened weekly at least. And much bigger than this each time on a single California campus.
