You know, it is possible to have a civilized debate on gender matters without denigrating every member of the opposite sex, especially since you're probably the first one to get bent out of shape when some woman unfairly complains about "you men."

I was raised in a different time then you were, perhaps, but I believe that men and women are nothing alike at all and each have areas in which they excel. I believe the most important job in the world is the proper raising of a child and this is something a woman can do far better then a man in the great GREAT majority of instances. On the other hand I have worked for and had women work for me and the way these women reacted to being yelled at was not at all atypical of todays women who want it both ways. Equal means equal, lady and that goes for putting up with the bosses crap as far as yelling and gesturing. If you can't take it then get the hell out and go home and take up cooking. Governor Blanco was a shining example of a women collapsing in the face of great pressure and is the reason why the great majority of CEO's today are men and not women. Women do things better then men in some areas and men better then women in others. The difference is that men know this and admit to it while women refuse to see reality.

I learned long ago that many Jewish bosses often are very verbal and confrontational in the business environment. I was told that it had to do with something about respect for assertiveness. Only after I learned that you just yell back at them, did I become comfortable dealing with them.

I have amuch better solution that would not involve the courts just have Xenalyte work for this man for 1 day and the first time he yelled and lunged at her he would pull back two bloody stumps and be kicked so hard in such a sensitive area that when he yelled for now on his voice would be so high pitched only dogs could here it problem solved :-)

Well i certainly would be tempted to lunge at her, but definately not out of anger.

BTW, i generally fight Greatsword, or did until blowing out a rotator cuff a couple of years ago. Now i don't really have the control of the blade that i once had. Getting old sucks.

na-na-na-nah. When women PMS they can do anything and justify it by temporary insanity. Any attempts by their victims to press charges will be interpreted as harassment and discrimination against the disabled. Just gotta understand the Ninth Circus mindset, then its easy.
