I had a "friend" like this. I truly did a lot of praying and thinking about it and I decided to let the friendship go. I don't need people with such hatred in their hearts in my life. It's insidious and it only gets worse. Believe me. I've never regretted my decision.

Why bother with idiots like that. I don't have anything to do with anyone on the left anymore, and am a lot happier for it. They're hopeless fools.
