Constitutional Amendment
Posted on 09/15/2005 6:31:32 AM PDT by dogdayz
You guys are pretty smart so I thought I would ask you a question.
Should a Constitutional Amendment be enacted to allow for the recall of a President such as Grey Davis was recalled in California?
I mean when 65% of the country realizes a President is a failure, shouldn't there be a way to remove him?

No, the collective American people are not smart enough to recall a President. What's sad is that the Congress isn't much smarter! Just suck it up for 4 years!

There is a recall of sorts.
Read The Constitution of the United States and look into impeachment.
