I couldn't agree more, Metalmanx2. I love and admire President Bush and cannot fathom the depth of pain he must feel right now. A lesser man would have buckled long before now under the constant weight of criticism. Remember Jesus, David, and countless other Godly people have been hated by men. President Bush needs our prayers and support now more than ever.</p>

Hmmm. What would I do if I were Bill Clinton? Oh yeah--I'd bite my lip, sorta like this. Then what? Oh, that's right--tears on command, like Ron Brown's funeral. Don't forget to have your staff place some rocks on the ground before you embark on a soulful walk on the beach for you to fashion into the shape of a cross.

Why does she always look like she is sitting on a porcupine? If she has one more face lift, she will have a beard.

Note to President Bush when speaking to the media:

I love this man! Ben Stein has a great article posted in Free Republic last night called, "More On Katrina." A very compassionate look at a very great leader - George W. Bush.
look for it here:

I love this President! Just like Reagan, he won't fully be appreciated until much later -- just like teenagers who have nothing but complaints for their parents while they're living at home -- UNTIL they get on their own, then say, "Wow, Mom and Dad, I had no idea."

many burdens but not a weak man.
If the same picture is of carter or even clinton. They would look small and inssufficient to the task of the office.
It is worth noting how GRAY his hair has become.

This is one of my favorite Einstein quotes, and reminds me of great leaders like President Bush and President Reagan:
Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly.
Albert Einstein, quoted in New York Times, March 13, 1940
US (German-born) physicist (1879 - 1955)
