And we care what they think? NOT!

What do they know? Only what the moronic media tells them. Bet they don't even know the hurricane hit Mississippi & Alabama.

Well for starters, Britain is not Europe - I have been taught over and over again here in New Zealand.
But still, Americans should not care much of what British think because they have ZERO understanding of federalism as a concept. Some British know it though - I saw one comment at the just-wrecked Silent Running blog a Briton that "It is astonishing that my fellow Brits and *spit* Europeans* fail to appreciate that Bush could not do anything until after the Louisiana governor has given request.".

Would the Brits like to fight about it? We whipped their butts twice before, and we can do it again.

Why is this article excepted? The Times permits full quotation.

By 63% to 20%, people said the Katrina aftermath and the Iraq violence showed America is losing the ability to organise and run things.Remember when the sun never set on the British flag? Me either.

Briton's aen't qualified to carry Bush's (or my) jockstrap, much less Monday Morning QB how we respond to an emergency in our country.

Well, some time back America took it's own poll and decided to shoot Brits until they went home. Then, we started the greatest nation to ever exist on this planet. Over the years we not have been perfect but we did pull the Brits asses out of several wars and in between saving the world we did things like send men to the moon and invent all sorts of things. Including the Internet that allows people like the Brits to tell us how much we suck. The funny thing is that unless we onvented the net none of us would know what tools many of the Brits are today.

And in an unreleased poll: 89% of Britons believe everything the BBC and the liberal press tells them.

We have better allies in eastern and southern Asia.
And there must be no desire on our part to repair the relationship - old europe must decide that fate.

Meaningless. Brits don't know our government system or players (Blanco - Nagin) only Bush. Done only as a Bush hit piece.
