Can the ACLU become ANY MORE Anti-American than they already are. They have become nothing more than a group of USELESS idiots and a tool for ill-wishers to use.

Well I'm talking. Isn't there a law that this type of action is aiding an enemy? These prisoner do not have rights as U.S. citizens and I believe even the Geneva convention allows interrogations. If by chance some of these prisoners release information that would help in our defense and then help better defend the troops and keeping them safe, this is not a decent thing to do. Maybe some of these guys know some of the players that beheaded American troops and citizens. It's just not right, I tell you.

Might be a good time to refuse them entry BACK into the USA. Good point.

There has not been any news about taking away the government subsidy of the ACLU. Without their government subsidy they would have to struggle for money just as the Boy Scouts do.

Does anyone have the status of legislation introcuced to stop federal reimbursement of the ACLU for its lawsuits?

On one hand, I'd like to see 'em hanging from lampposts. On the other, give 'em enough rope and they'll hang themselves.

There is but they set a very bad precedent when they let jane fonda get away with it.

If by chance some of these prisoners release information that would help ...

Yesterday a prisoner (in Iraq) revealed that he knew where hostages were being held. Three hours later the U.S. military mounted a raid and freed the man who had been held hostage for a year. Also freed an Iraqi who was being held as well.

If I woke up tomorrow to find that the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center, CAIR, La Raza, and a few other groups were quietly whisked off to secure detention facilities pending criminal investigations, I'd know someone out there actually cares about the fragile 200+ year experiment in democracy and knew who the real enemies were.

Are we or are we not fighting a "war" ?

Do not doubt this for a second. We are fighting two wars. One outside our borders and one within.

The ACLU will destroy this country if we allow it. The hammer is going to HAVE to come down on them at some point, there is no doubt.

I would sign any petition to place the ACLU (Anti Christian litigation Unit) officials before a Marine firing squad. That would be morally and legally justified, 100%!
