Former presidents, Bush and Clinton gave a news conference today. Towards the end, as Bush and Clinton were walking off the stage, at about 10:20 am EST, I heard a female reporter shout a last question that went "how do you respond to rumors that the levees were intentionally opened ?"
The levees were intentionally opened in 1965 when Hurricane Betsy hit, flooding the poor areas. Gee I don't seem to recall LBJ taking any heat for it.
That may be my favorite Freep graphic of all time, and I've been around a while. The look on that guy's face says more about liberals and liberalism than all the posts ever written combined. You gotta love it. Anyone know who first posted that picture?
Or the rumor that Margaret Sanger started Planned Parenthood with the idea of reducing the numbers of black babies being born.
