Per AP on the FOX News Channel
NEW ORLEANS - Police shot eight people carrying guns on a New Orleans bridge Sunday, killing five or six of them, a deputy chief said.
Deputy Police Chief W.J. Riley said the shootings took place on the Danziger Bridge, which connects Lake Pontchartrain and the Mississippi River.
He said he had no other details.
Pretty terrifying accounts!
Yet it STILL doesn't tell me anything about those people shot on the bridge.

Nah. I'm glad these Cops are on duty and protecting the citizens currently and yet in NO. Black, white doesn't matter to me. A thug is a thug. I don't know,...maybe two were standing behind the others and the cop only had a revolver.
Having lived in New Orleans,I know for a fact that most black families,the vast majority law abiding,have at least one gun in the house,for either self protection or hunting.
Its POSSIBLE these were some regular non-criminal folks scoping out things.

I think your comments are better directed to the people already cheering this on. I haven't reached any conclusions yet, but you damn well bet it's going to take more for me to approve of this than just hearing that some killings by police have happened.
