TAMPA BAY, August 31, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Ten year-old Joshua Heldreth, the eldest of eight children, was arrested on Good Friday of this year for trespassing while attempting to bring a drink of water to Miss Terri Schaivo. Days later Schiavo died of intentional dehydration. In court Joshua pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 hours of community service and ordered to write an apology for his actions.
The boy whose arrest photo was splashed on front pages of newspapers across the nation wrote in his apology letter, "I was arrested on Good Friday for trespassing on the hospice center's property . . . Not giving Mrs. Shiavo (sic) food or water was wrong. The reason I had to go on your property was because Jesus would do the same thing. It made me sad that she was so thirsty and it made Jesus sad too. I knew she would die without water and I am called by Jesus to be a defender of the defenceless. So I had to go on your property to try to bring her a drink."
Joshua added, "I am sorry that you didn't like that and wouldn't allow me to help save her life and one day you will have to tell God why. I won't be able to help you then like I tried to help her. I will pray for you every day . . ."
LifeSiteNews.com caught up with Joshua's father Scott Heldreth today. Scott told LifeSiteNews.com he is very proud of his son. "My son has amazed me through this whole thing," said Heldreth. The proud father said it was his son's own initiative to attempt to give the starving woman a glass of water, and despite the warning of his parents that he'd be arrested, the boy insisted. "He was the one who begged us to go down, because he wanted to give her a glass of water . . . We explained that police will never let you help . . . you'll be arrested, but he went anyways."
Pro-life leader Rev. Flip Benham of Operation Save America told LifeSiteNews.com that the whole pro-life movement shares Heldreth's pride in his son. Benham recalls the reaction of Heldreth on Good Friday as he watched his son being arrested: "When that all took place Scott was weeping, this father was weeping tears of joy seeing his son not only talk the Christian talk but walk the walk."
While the apology letter has been submitted, Heldreth told LifeSiteNews.com he's not completely sure it will be accepted.

This is scarry. Will this be another "Judge Greer?" If Scott's wife gets custody, she will attempt to kill him again, and would like to put him in a hospice to be killed.

Because Scott has been labeled incapacitated, Judge Wilkes will not listen to his witness and therefore has not yet agreed to give Pamela permanent custody. On July 18th, he instead only renewed the temporary guardianship order. The next hearing is scheduled for January, when the judge will again consider whether to give guardianship back to the wife, as a spouse has preeminence in guardianship cases."

Background: Judge Whittemore is the Fed Crt Judge in Tampa WHO REFUSED TO RESTORE TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE AND HYDRATION against the US Congress and the President of the United States. His refusal contributed a great deal to Terri failing sooner. He helped run out the clock on Terri. Tom Delay was absolutely right when he stated that Whittemore and Greer should be investigated, etc., but after getting flack, Delay backed down.
Whittemore and Manry said "ADHD can qualify as a disability under IDEA. In this case, the boy's educational experience was impaired because he was routinely reprimanded and disciplined for behavior consistent with his condition."
FV SAYS: Terri was ROUTINELY NEGLECTED AND TORTURED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA and her REHAB MONIES WERE ROBBED FROM HER. SHE HAD NO THERAPY since 1992 or '93. She was routinely NEGLECTED and was CAGED which is against the UN Declaration of Civil Rights and against U.S. Laws. HER WHEELCHAIR WAS NEVER FIXED! If you're in Florida, it's best to be a MALE (unless you're Scott Thomas whose wife hit him over the head and now she's trying to starve him to death).
Lesson learned from Terri's case: If you want to murder your spouses then cause them brain damage and have a judge order their death.

And get a dog so you can say that they fell over the dog. Props are good, especially when the judges are blind and wouldn't know clear and convincing evidence if they saw it. They just sign whatever the death lawyers hand in.

This was outside Hospice Woodside but I didn't see this jpeg until last night. I see more sunsets and sunrises for others in peril that Terri's Foundation is comforting and supporting.
One person stated that after Terri's slow, torturous killing she no longer saw this country in the same light as she did before.
I would love to place this photo on Terri Schindler's resting place, along with the ACTUAL DATE OF HER MURDER.
One thing is for sure, that heinous monster, mike the maggot, that festering blob of nothingness, that control freak who LIVED off of money gained from Terri's abuse and suffering, treated Terri, from the time of her suspicious collapse AS IF SHE WERE DEAD.....no wonder he put the artificial date of her death on her tombstone.
He knows his children made with his concubine will wonder how they were born when he was married to someone else...the fake date of her murder will, as far as that monster of a husband is concerned, fake his boys out someday.
