Ten Year Old Arrested for Giving Food to Terri Schiavo Apologizes

TAMPA BAY, August 31, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Ten year-old Joshua Heldreth, the eldest of eight children, was arrested on Good Friday of this year for trespassing while attempting to bring a drink of water to Miss Terri Schaivo.  Days later Schiavo died of intentional dehydration.  In court Joshua pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 hours of community service and ordered to write an apology for his actions.

The boy whose arrest photo was splashed on front pages of newspapers across the nation wrote in his apology letter, "I was arrested on Good Friday for trespassing on the hospice center's property . . . Not giving Mrs. Shiavo (sic) food or water was wrong.  The reason I had to go on your property was because Jesus would do the same thing.  It made me sad that she was so thirsty and it made Jesus sad too.  I knew she would die without water and I am called by Jesus to be a defender of the defenceless.  So I had to go on your property to try to bring her a drink."

Joshua added, "I am sorry that you didn't like that and wouldn't allow me to help save her life and one day you will have to tell God why.  I won't be able to help you then like I tried to help her. I will pray for you every day . . ."

LifeSiteNews.com caught up with Joshua's father Scott Heldreth today.  Scott told LifeSiteNews.com he is very proud of his son.  "My son has amazed me through this whole thing," said Heldreth.  The proud father said it was his son's own initiative to attempt to give the starving woman a glass of water, and despite the warning of his parents that he'd be arrested, the boy insisted.  "He was the one who begged us to go down, because he wanted to give her a glass of water . . . We explained that police will never let you help . . . you'll be arrested, but he went anyways."

Pro-life leader Rev. Flip Benham of Operation Save America told LifeSiteNews.com that the whole pro-life movement shares Heldreth's pride in his son.  Benham recalls the reaction of Heldreth on Good Friday as he watched his son being arrested: "When that all took place Scott was weeping, this father was weeping tears of joy seeing his son not only talk the Christian talk but walk the walk."

While the apology letter has been submitted, Heldreth told LifeSiteNews.com he's not completely sure it will be accepted.

Terri may have been battered over a hair appointment that HINO didn't approve of. Back then, it was easy to spend 80 bucks at the hairdresser. Perms, etc. were "in" back in the early nineties.

Terri told her friend Jackie that she was going to pretend to be sleeping when Michael came home that night. She didn't tell Jackie that she was going to end up face up or was it face down in the hallway or was it in the bathroom? HINO only remembers that Terri died in 1990 on her grave marker.

Now that we have state sponsored spousal murder, if at first you don't succeed, do a little judge shopping.

My neighbor was Terri's nurse at Palm Gardens. She used to brush her hair, etc. She couldn't believe that nobody saved her. Neither can I. They had to save the status quo in Florida, The Starvation State. Too many prominent people would have gone to jail if Terri lived.

There is still a missing DCF file that they can't get their hands on. They didn't really want to get their hands on it either. They would have had more to shred. It has a lot of names in it and dates. The investigator was told to close the file by a higher up.

They accidently sent the entire complaint file back to the original complainant. IT IS STILL OUT THERE. I do not know where the file is but it does exist.

Congresswoman Ginnie Brown-Waite is also involved in the missing file. She voted for Terri to be murdered in the US Congress this past March but that wasn't a for real thing that Congress and the President did anyway. That was smoke and mirrors so everyone in support of Terri would get false hope long enough for them to finish Terri off the second week.

I remember about the hair and the $80 and her going to pretend to be asleep when MS came home (instead of going to her girlfriend's house that night) because she and MS had an agrument before he went to work. I guess he was still in the fighting mood when he came home. She could have told him that night she planned on leaving him, also.

I thought it was ruled out about chemical imbalance. That was what MS blamed it on and, of course, the media ran with it. I remember Mark Furhman talking about choking and how it doesn't necessarily leave a mark.

Yes the ME report was careful - we waited long enough for the report. I still have my doubts about that morning when he wouldn't let the parents stay in the room - since MS says 'its time'. I believe the next day was MS birthday and wonder if they gave her a 'shot' of some kind to finalize it then that morning at 9 a.m.

The way he treated her parents and siblings, her grave marker, killing her cats, etc., etc. leaves no doubt of his evilness.

Thanks, FV. This is getting interesting. Additional to just HINO telling the truth, it should be revealing how Hirsh portrays the truth. An excerpt from The Empire Journal:

According to Punta Gorda resident, Vietnam vet, investigative journalist, and x-TV producer, Michael Hirsh, Schiavo was unfairly treated and castigated by many who agreed that the adulterous Michael Schiavo should have allowed the Schindler’s to take care of their eldest child. Co-writing the tentative titled book: “Terri: the Truth”, is Michael Schiavo.

What is surprising is that Hirsh in 1993 was apparently outraged by Rabbi Steven Jacobs’ behavior of sexual misconduct, claiming the Rabbi violated the group’s ethics code. It was reported that Rabbi Jacob had an affair with one of his congregants, Anita Green. Green was the subject of Michele Samit’s book "No Sanctuary: The True Story of a Rabbi's Deadly Affair."

We can bet Hirsh will be equally outraged at the affair with Jodi and with Judge Greed. I just may hold my breath until his outrage appears. Or maybe not.

We should all boycott not just the Michael R. Schiavo popular account of murder but his publisher's other forthcoming works too. Also boycott the expected TV movie. If it is on CBS, inform CBS that you will watch NONE of their programs for a year or two, no exceptions.

In March 2006 for HINO's book. No doubt making up the truth should be expected to take another year based upon the fabrications from 1990 forward. He DESERVES an extra year to write a book whose aim is "plausable deniability".

The truth is that Terri's extermination was by STATE SPONSORED SPOUSAL MURDER.

Now why bother buying HINO's book except maybe at a deep discount for a proper burial in a dumpster near you or maybe deeply discounted HINO books could all be dumped at a disclosed location with media there in 2006 (an election year). That would be a good freep. The media is pretty responsive to Terri's supporters one way or the other. Any opportunity to SLAM JUDGE GREED and we need a nickname for Judge Whittemore for I'm not coming up with anything.

We have plenty of time to plan something like that.

I will remind of that hour as I recounted before. I was outside next to the driveway and Father Pavone came in past me. It was still early in the morning. Then I noticed a lone vulture coming in from the north, passing over and circling the hospice. It gave me chills then. It was near nine o'clock when that happened.

I was busy with my Rosary when her death occurred. That early morning was surreal in many ways.

Just at dawn press people were walking through where the faithful slept in sleeping bags or blankets or just coats, photographers taking pictures of their serene faces. It was not malevolent, rather touching. I hope those photos got somewhere good.

I have dark suspicions of what went down that hour, if anything, increased by later accounts,

Cindy Sheehan depicts to me the smiles on the faces of HINO's operatives after HINO let them in to hover over Terri's deathbed. They came outside that evening, eyes glowing like charcoal briquettes and said "We got to see Terri!" (like nah, nah, nah, nah, nah). There were children in the pit with these psychopaths an when I told an officer of the law that I felt threatened when one of the operatives said "No we have them surrounded", the PPPD said "No, that's free speech, it's okay." I was trying to give the PPPD a heads up that I was worried about the children who were in that area as they were surrounded too. The LE said "Get off the sidewalk maam." I think they really wanted rioting or violence so that they could arrest everyone.

Why weren't the gawkers at Terri's deatbhbed ever looked into? BECAUSE HINO CONTROLLED WHO AND WHEN ENTERED TERRI'S TORTURE CHAMBER. Didn't that violate Terri's privacy rights that strangers were allowed to gawk at her while she was suffering a barbaric and painful death at the hands of so many?

This is why CHARLIE CRIST should NEVER be elected Florida Governor. He is in with Judge Greed and all the other Pinellas leaders who were helping murder Terri. Sembler, Jr. is Crist's campaign manager. SEMBLER, SR. was J. Greer's cty commission campaign mgr before Greer (rue the day) became a judge, not elected but there was a vacancy.

CRIST is so aloof that I worry if we get hit by a hurricane under Crist, he'll be like Nagin and Blanco. Crist acts like a man of the people, saving them from price gougers for the media. But, he VIOLATED TERRI'S CIVIL RIGHTS AND LET HER DIE. We might not make it in a Crist hurricane, seriously.

He's a real political hack and with Trump's backing, Florida will become solid condos and Trump stuff everywhere - eminent domain issues? Crist will give it all to Trump.

When Terri's bro and sister were kicked out, Felos had a bag with him of some kind. Then encircling Terri's deathbed, the hospice from hell employees w/the lawyers, performed what I believe was a scientology cleansing ritual.

Notice the shirt the Ten Year old is wearing. This was Holy Week. Persecution was all around.
