Terri may have been battered over a hair appointment that HINO didn't approve of. Back then, it was easy to spend 80 bucks at the hairdresser. Perms, etc. were "in" back in the early nineties.

Terri told her friend Jackie that she was going to pretend to be sleeping when Michael came home that night. She didn't tell Jackie that she was going to end up face up or was it face down in the hallway or was it in the bathroom? HINO only remembers that Terri died in 1990 on her grave marker.

Now that we have state sponsored spousal murder, if at first you don't succeed, do a little judge shopping.

Right, FV. I remember about the hair and the $80 and her going to pretend to be asleep when MS came home (instead of going to her girlfriend's house that night) because she and MS had an agrument before he went to work. I guess he was still in the fighting mood when he came home. She could have told him that night she planned on leaving him, also.

State-sponsored spousal murder - that's exactly what is was.
Judge for hire.
