WASHINGTON -- Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., saw a doctor after feeling light-headed Tuesday and learned he'd suffered a mild stroke, BROUGHT ON BY RUMORS OF CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS INTO ABLE DANGER, aides said Friday.
There...
He will be fine. Prayers for him and family.
Can't wait to see him at the hearings on Able Danger and 1996 State Department Bin Ladin memo.

"Lightheaded?" A doctor had to pronounce this?
Sounds like maybe he just had a TIA. A series of TIAs are often seen before the onset of a real stroke. He should monitor his health closely from here on out.

Sounds like a TIA to me sometimes referred to as mini strokes. He will probably have to take a low dosage asprin daily for the rest of his life.

That my friend is what sets us apart. We are compassionate conservatives... and we must never forget it.
And by acting as a beacon,
may he and the rest of us learn the paths of gratitude.

There are no complications ...
How about side effects? I'd be surprised if there were none. (Prayers for a FULL recovery.)

Yikes. Strokes suck! I hope he totally recovers.
In the meantime, Dirty Dick Durbin is now in charge of the Senate.

Prayers for his quick recovery. They are doing such wonderful things with medicine today that a stroke can be hardly noticable. They have them up and around in no time at all.

Something must've broken loose in his noggin this week. He's been trying to grasp the concept of "Economics" (an area foreign to Dems) as he's on the Energy Committee trying to discover why gas prices are so high, and to find a way to pin it on Bush. ;)
Just a theory...

""Senator Reid feels fine. There are no complications or any restrictions on his activities. He has undergone evaluations this week, and his doctors have recommended that he take advantage of the summer congressional recess for some down time," said a statement issued by Reid's press secretary, Tessa Hafen" Let's set up camp outside his house until he meets with us.
