A year before the 9/11 attacks, Clinton administration lawyers told a group of military intelligence officers that information they had developed on 9/11 ringleader Mohamed Atta could not be shared with the FBI, saying of Atta himself: "You can't even touch him - it doesn't matter what information you have."
Rep. Curt Weldon, who helped develop the military intelligence group code-named "Able Danger," delivered the bombshell revelation in an interview Thursday with WABC Radio host Sean Hannity.
WELDON: In September of 2000 we tried on three occasions to take the information we had developed and pass it along to the FBI so they could follow up and take action against this [al-Qaida] cell and perhaps bring in Atta and question him and do whatever else was necessary. Three times we were turned down by lawyers in the administration.
HANNITY: We're talking about lawyers in the Clinton administration?
WELDON: Yes, it was the Clinton administration. Lawyers said there were two reasons why you can't do that. And they even put stickies over the face of Mohamed Atta on this chart they had. They said: "He's here legally. He's either got a green card or he's got a visa. So you can't even touch him - it doesn't matter what information you have." [END OF EXCERPT]
Moments later, Weldon said he was determined to find out who it was who ultimately gave the order to protect the lead 9/11 hijacker.
WELDON: The American people need to have answers. They need to have answers about who made the decision to stop our military intelligence from sharing information with the FBI, and how high up the ladder that went.

We have always wondered what Sandy Burgler stuffed down his pants. I think it is pretty clear now what he was hiding and destroying.
Because they were continually on the defensive and didn't realize they've been had. It was not an investigating committee. It was a strike force against the administration and the pubbies didn't have the smarts to realize it or the balls to go on the offensive.
Libs, in a race to defend Gorelick and her place on the commission are saying the wall was not the Gorelick Wall, but the Reno Wall. Reno is going to be an attempted scapegoat. And when questioned about it, you can bet her answer will be "I can not comment on an ongoing investigation".
He and his wife decided not to speak up as to see how it all played out. He's ex-SF and knows what he's talking about.
Well, hopefully this will be re-ignited for the truth to come out. Gorelick has to be smelling the gathering stench of her actions being revealed.

Well, I found that July 18th 1996 Video on C-Span and ordered it just moments ago, 6 minute news conference with questions for $60.00. I'm a business owner so it doesn't matter what the cost. I'll post that online somewhere when I receive it in a few weeks, as I missed that one, and I'll bet a whole slew of people missed it too. I can't wait to see it and post it for all to see. Donaldson was brought into the Sanders case as a defense consultant, he was first able to see detailed photographs, taken by Mr. Sanders of the Center Tank left side of body wall fracture pieces, in late March. These pictures were taken by Mr. Sanders at the request of Cmdr Donaldson during the discovery trial phase as allowed by a Federal judge. The pictures strongly suggest the left side of body wall of the center tank was blown into the tank at extremely high energy, not outward as the NTSB theory implies. When Cmdr. Donaldson called the NTSB and left voice-mail requesting to see the NTSB "Fracture Edge Analysis" of CWT left side of body wall parts, an NTSB attorney called back in minutes in a somewhat anxious state. The lawyer suggested such testing need not be done. Incredulous, Cmdr Donaldson informed him that any NTSB Final Report blaming a center wing tank failure without determining which way that wall exploded would be a farce."The photos, which were once on the net from the reassembled liner, which I saw, plus one set of radar images from tapes (I also saw), are now sealed by court order.

Regardless what anyone says, Fight 800 was shot down by a missile and the government covered / is covering it up. Which group or persons are responsible? I don't know. You can simply connect the dots. To this day a shoulder fired S2A is a threat to all aircraft upon approach or takeoff. With physically unsecured borders, it's just a matter of time before another "center fuel tank decides to blow itself up."
