If it's the same type of device, then yes, it's almost definitely the jihadists. Which we all suspected. But I don't expect Blair to discuss expectations but rather wait just a bit for further solid information.

Except they've already said that with the interruption to several transit operations, it would be best for those who don't have to travel to stay in for now. Also some reports of train drivers refusing to work, further reducing the transit capacity, which on a normal day can get overloaded.
