Partly because of this strategery, I think that if the President can't get a Conservative approved as a replacement for Stevens or Ginsberg due to a filibuster then he should nominate Jeff Sessions. That would effectively nuke the Senate by forcing the 'Rat Senators to choose between alienating their base or causing a complete meltdown of comity and cooperation.
I want to see the media's jaws drop when 43 calls a prime time press conference to re-nominate Bork.
I heard her former boss on some show yesterday--Sean's maybe? He said that she had never been particularly political. Maybe she got that way after she married Joe Wilson.

It's not going to happen, but if it did it would be fun to watch the reactions of the 'rats and RINOs. It would probably cause several heart attacks, strokes and/or seizures.
