Has anyone else seen those commercials for the NYT on television? I noticed that while actors in the commercial say they like it for various reasons, it's never for the editorial slant or the news coverage.

THEY MSM IS ALREADY REPORTING THAT ROVE DID NOT REVEAL PLAME'S NAME....OR THAT SHE WAS COVERT...
OH...AND THEY ARE STARTING TO REPORT THE FACT THAT SHE HAS YET TO HAVE BEEN SHOWN COVERT.
They know this story is dying. They know Rove did NOT break any laws. They Know that PLAME was NOT covert.
This is their last ditch effort. The story is dead. And they are sad.
I am getting more convinced that this is heading right at the Wilson's and especially Mrs. Wilson. You are right that some folks jumped ship from the CIA in a hurry. I think they know exactly who the leaker was and wanted out of there.
If it turns out she is part of the leaking, it is going to be hilarous to watch the media spin that one!

Hey NY TIMES.....THERE HAS BEEN NO EVIDENCE TO SHOW THAT ROVE LEAKED ANYBODY'S NAME.
So, so far, their is NO indication that Rove had a role in leaking a name.

Ah, but there is a Special Prosecutor and he subpoenaed the reporters to testify in front of a Grand Jury. The reporters did not want to testify, and it was not to save Karl Rove. In the best tradition of Mr. Sherlock Holmes, there is only one other explanation ...
My bet is that the special prosecutor is going after leaks from CIA to the media and Miller was someone who was leaked to -- think that Novak is trying to connect dots without revealing too much.

Actually, Chrissy girl Matthews had a reporter on from the NY Post tonight.
SHE POINTED OUT HOW THE BIPARTISAN SENATE INVESTIGATION REPORTED THAT WILSON HAD LIED ABOUT HIS REPORT!
Matthews tried to play it off....but she would not let him.
The media is upset because they ran with Wilson's bogus story. And then it was proven bogus.
When the transcript of Hardball is up (Tues night) I will post it.
Matthews had the pathetic line to ask...."why hasn't the other side...the White House done a better job talking about it"
THE WHITE HOUSE MENTIONED IT MANY TIMES OVER A SIX MONTH PERIOD.
So according to Chrissy girl, the WH had editorial claim over MSNBC? It was MSNBC and the others who did not report it.
No stopping it now. I have heard it mentioned a ton over the past two days. Along with the issue of Plames NON covert status.
Do you know when the story is gonna run ? I want to make sure I buy a copy... I try to buy the NY post everyday but it cost the same as a buttered roll, some mornings I go for the roll and skip the post... and yes I am that much of a cheapskate, I know its only 50 cents but I work hard for my money and try not to part with it if I can help it. LOL
