Yes indeed. Let us hope the death and injury totals today are mercifully small but my guess is we will probably see numbers in the hundreds.
"We will not yield to the terrorists".
Period.
Of course. It's the Christian thing to do.
Britain isn't the only country that will be hit.
The British Open is next week at St. Andrews.
I imagine the security just tripled.
#1854...He just did....helicopter left about 5 minutes ago.
yeah , as the gravity of this sinks in, the Brits will have even more resolve
Did she have a sign, wife of terrorist - NO. But I had a bad feeling as she was traveling alone, avoided other people etc. I think security sucked as no one searched her or interrogated her. Yet my wife was - and she is a little old Jewish Grandmother. Wouldn't you ask "Where is your husband" etc IF YOU HAD ANY SENSE?
Durbin's conducting a focus group as I type....
Dick Dastardly would do well to keep his damn fool mouth shut.
Did you hear Bush outside the G8 a few minutes ago?
Towards the end he had a look on his face and said,
"The War on Terror Goes On". Yeah...Hoo ah.
the OKC bombingTim McVeigh hadn't 'Telexed' him ...
W's going to London?
He will compare AQ with GOP.
"Something for your "Democrat friend":
"It is Clinton's fault that he allowed the terrorism to gain a beachhead in the 90s, and left this mess for Bush to start dealing with.
"It is your FRIEND'S FAULT, and other DUmmies and liberals like her, that our politicians lack the will to eliminate completely these terrorists.
"Just tell her she's talking like a traitor, and that she should be jailed."
---->
You will note that I did NOT lay fault on anybody mentioned for the terrorist's bombings -which clearly are the fault of the terrorists.
I DO FAULT those who support terrorists by deterring our efforts to rid the world of the barbarians. Our government needs the tools to do the job - and whether it is judges who rule that library searches are "private", "friends" who don't like the Patriot Act, or do-gooders who are worried about panties on the head at Gitmo might bother a terrorist - those who object to using whatever tools we need to defeat terrorism should all be jailed for sedition.
