Several bloggers have drawn attention to a strange lead in a Washington Post story about the Terri Schiavo autopsy results. The June 16 Post story by David Brown said that "Terri Schiavo died of the effects of a profound and prolonged lack of oxygen to her brain on a day in 1990, but what caused that event isn't known and may never be, the physician who performed her autopsy said…"

I wish him no ill either. In fact, I'd like to be of service if I can. What comes to mind is storing up my body fluids to water the daisies on his grave.

I'm well aware that I might have to stand in line for hours because so many other compassionate folks want to do him the same honor. But that just means I'd have more fluid when I finally get my turn.

Just what is wrong with women who fall in love with condemned murderers? That is a whole different kettle of fish, than a young woman who doesn't understand their gut putting out distress signals.

I was an 18 yr old idiot. My daughter was a 17 yr old idiot. It took me 19 years to get away from my ex. I fear the only way my daughter will get away from him, is feet first. We have all offered her and the babies a safe place to live, but I think he's made some pretty nasty threats. My ex is like that, and is making 20 something yr old threats, reality. I'm not going to post too much about what is going on now, but lets just say that my ex offered Kathie's bf money to lie, so he could get my youngest one. We were living with them. I'm STILL going through probate hell, and it should have been taken care of last year. So, Satan found a weakness that he could exploit. He has to win at all costs.

I'm not going to mention specifics, because there are people here who like to make fun of other people's problems.

All I'm going to say, is that if I had taken care of business when I should have, I'd be out on parole by now.

Yes indeed, freeper sleeper describes them perfectly. Some have maintained a fake freeper facade for a long time, and have even invested in it. But their words and tactics have been showing them for what they really are for a long, long time.

As to total uniformity of expression - their master, fearing the human ability of independent and original thought thought more than anything else - requires total uniformity. Two modes of consciousness are clashing here, if you will.

Yes, it's very ironic how the more they say, the more it helps us. Their self-presumed cleverness sneaks up and bites 'em every time. So, I expect them to continue to help us.

Posting it often is a good idea. :) And let's not forget MoveOn's connection with Soros, the well-known pusher of involuntary euthanasia. All have seen now where that whole bunch stands philosophically, and who's on the same side with them politically. Yes, the truth is known, and all they have left now is a set of pretenses to maintain an illusion.

Everything they say from now on depends on these premises. 1) That no one has memory that goes back earlier than the current post. 2) That nobody can click on a link. 3) That nobody knows how to use the "To (msg #)" button. 4) That nobody has ever saved anything from a thread. 5) That google doesn't cache. -- Maybe they'll just have to prove premises by acting indignant. :)

It's very technical, but, well worth the time it takes to read . It adds even more unanswered questions to the numerous list of unanswered questions.
Add this to Mark Furhman's book = Time to call a Grand Jury investigation.

Terri's parents deserve to have answers. They were put through pure hell by the state of FLoriduh, from double talking, useless politician's, having to be searched, and enduring cops in their daughter's room while they were forced to sit there and watch her needlessly die- (I mean, God forbid if they had tried to save her- the SWAT team would have shot them, not to mention "LE" arresting and cuffing children- (I smell bacon )
AND Terri is dead.
She suffered a cruel and unnecessary 13 day long execution because of political posturing, cover-ups, and cowardice.

If Jeb Bush and the rest of the FL legislature, have an ounce of decency left, they will call for the investigation. That's the least, and I mean the VERY LEAST they can do.

Terri's family deserves to have answers. If they don't get them. That will tell me all I need to know .

Oh, but, I feel it's necessary to add that I would like to see a real grand jury investigation, not a fake one .i.e NOT one done by George Felos, any of his relatives, or distant relatives, or any euthanasia activists, or Scientologist's( because they subscribe to the Nazi theory that the disabled should be exterminated).
This doesn't have anything to do with euthanasia anyway.

I'd like to see it investigated by truly impartial people, with nothing to hide, or gain, by the outcome.

In other words;
If you powers- that-be in Floriduh, are in CYA mode- don't insult us with some limp-wristed, fake -politician, half -a$$ed, BS investigation. Don't bother. Just leave it as it is.

RN Ford Comments: Most people with a brain would look at the comments made by McCabe and question "what kind of investigation was that?"

"McCabe said, however, that while such discrepancies may exist in the record, Schiavo's statements that he called 911 immediately had been consistent."

One side of McCabe's mouth admits there are discrepancies in the record, the other side of his mouth says, Schiavo statements are consistent that he called 911.

Well, like we didn't already know what Schiavo said about 911 before the supposed investigations were even conducted!!! Schiavo also said for years that Terri's collapse was from bulimia and that she had a heart attack. Schiavo also said how much he loved Terri while residing with another woman for ten years and fathering two children with her. Schiavo also convinced a jury that he needed the money to take care of his wife and then after receiving the malpractice award, conveniently remembered, she had a wish for him to kill her. Schiavo also melted down Terri's wedding bands and made jewelry for himself shortly after her collapse, but let's not forget, how he also said he loved her.

How many convicted criminals have remained consistant when asked .........did you do it?
Since when do we stop all investigations based upon the suspects statements?

And people wonder why they call this place Flor-i-duhh!

Gov. Jeb Bush Ends Schiavo Inquiry

Gov. Jeb Bush has declared an end to the state's inquiry into Terri Schiavo's collapse 15 years ago, after Florida's state attorney said there was no evidence that criminal activity was involved.

Bush had asked State Attorney Bernie McCabe to investigate Schiavo's case after her autopsy last month. He said he now considers the state's involvement with the matter finished.

"Based on your conclusions, I will follow your recommendation that the inquiry by the state be closed," Bush said in a two-sentence letter.

In asking McCabe to look again into how Schiavo slipped into a persistent vegetative state, Bush had cited an alleged gap between when Schiavo's husband Michael found her and when he called 911. The governor had said the issue remained unsettled.

McCabe said, however, that while such discrepancies may exist in the record, Schiavo's statements that he called 911 immediately had been consistent.

"This consistency, coupled with the varying recollections of the precise time offered by other interested parties, lead me to the conclusion that such discrepancies are not indicative of criminal activity," McCabe wrote in a letter to Bush accompanying his report.

The report was dated June 30, but not released until Thursday.

The bitter right-to-die case engulfed the courts, Congress and White House, and divided the country.

Terri Schiavo died March 31 from dehydration after her feeding tube was disconnected despite efforts by Bush, her parents and some state national lawmakers to keep her alive.

Michael Schiavo had fought to have the tube disconnected, saying his wife wouldn't have wanted to be kept alive artificially.

The autopsy left unanswered the question of why Terri Schiavo's temporarily heart stopped, cutting off oxygen to her brain. A medical examiner was unable to determine with reasonable certainty a "manner of death."

McCabe said there must be some fact or evidence indicating a criminal act caused the death to open a full homicide investigation. He said the review revealed none.

He added that the most likely cause of Schiavo's collapse remains the one already advanced - an eating disorder.

David Gibbs, attorney for Schiavo's parents, said the report appeared rushed, noting that Bob and Mary Schindler were not interviewed by the state attorney's office. "We had thought they would meet with the family," he said.

Michael Schiavo's attorney deferred comment until he had a chance to fully review the report.

There was no investigation. They said so. They didn't learn anything new. They said so. They called it off because they couldn't learn anything new. There were no findings. Not one new fact emerged. We even have McCabe reverting to the old "eating disorder" theory that the ME exploded.

Yet here we have all the liberals running around drawing grandiose conclusions from... from thin air. There were no findings to draw conclusions from.

That video is a big political mistake by the left. All it offers is a whiny technical point that "Bush" shouldn't have "intervened." But the gut message is the opposite, and one that most people want to hear, namely: Mr. Bush was acting compassionately to save a wronged woman. And he went to great lengths to do it, too. That is exactly what one needs for an effective political statement: a plausible appeal to the heart and soul.

After all, Mike said he woke up to find Terri on the floor.

Maybe some intruder got into the apartment, strangled Terri, and left before Mike saw him

If McCabe thinks Mike's not involved, you'd think he'd wonder if someone else was involved in Terri's "mysterious" collapse.
