It's very technical, but, well worth the time it takes to read . It adds even more unanswered questions to the numerous list of unanswered questions.
Add this to Mark Furhman's book = Time to call a Grand Jury investigation.
Terri's parents deserve to have answers. They were put through pure hell by the state of FLoriduh, from double talking, useless politician's, having to be searched, and enduring cops in their daughter's room while they were forced to sit there and watch her needlessly die- (I mean, God forbid if they had tried to save her- the SWAT team would have shot them, not to mention "LE" arresting and cuffing children- (I smell bacon )
AND Terri is dead.
She suffered a cruel and unnecessary 13 day long execution because of political posturing, cover-ups, and cowardice.
If Jeb Bush and the rest of the FL legislature, have an ounce of decency left, they will call for the investigation. That's the least, and I mean the VERY LEAST they can do.
Make that selfish cold blooded POS HINO-
ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.
Look at what the a$$hole put on Terri's grave marker- doesn't that, all by itself, tell them there's something wrong here?

Terri's family deserves to have answers. If they don't get them. That will tell me all I need to know .
Oh, but, I feel it's necessary to add that I would like to see a real grand jury investigation, not a fake one .i.e NOT one done by George Felos, any of his relatives, or distant relatives, or any euthanasia activists, or Scientologist's( because they subscribe to the Nazi theory that the disabled should be exterminated).
This doesn't have anything to do with euthanasia anyway.
I'd like to see it investigated by truly impartial people, with nothing to hide, or gain, by the outcome.

In other words;
If you powers- that-be in Floriduh, are in CYA mode- don't insult us with some limp-wristed, fake -politician, half -a$$ed, BS investigation. Don't bother. Just leave it as it is.
I'm praying they will do the right thing.

RN Ford Comments: Most people with a brain would look at the comments made by McCabe and question "what kind of investigation was that?"

One side of McCabe's mouth admits there are discrepancies in the record, the other side of his mouth says, Schiavo statements are consistent that he called 911.
Well, like we didn't already know what Schiavo said about 911 before the supposed investigations were even conducted!!! Schiavo also said for years that Terri's collapse was from bulimia and that she had a heart attack. Schiavo also said how much he loved Terri while residing with another woman for ten years and fathering two children with her. Schiavo also convinced a jury that he needed the money to take care of his wife and then after receiving the malpractice award, conveniently remembered, she had a wish for him to kill her. Schiavo also melted down Terri's wedding bands and made jewelry for himself shortly after her collapse, but let's not forget, how he also said he loved her.
How many convicted criminals have remained consistant when asked .........did you do it?
Since when do we stop all investigations based upon the suspects statements?
And people wonder why they call this place Flor-i-duhh!

Gov. Jeb Bush Ends Schiavo Inquiry

Gov. Jeb Bush has declared an end to the state's inquiry into Terri Schiavo's collapse 15 years ago, after Florida's state attorney said there was no evidence that criminal activity was involved.
Bush had asked State Attorney Bernie McCabe to investigate Schiavo's case after her autopsy last month. He said he now considers the state's involvement with the matter finished.
"Based on your conclusions, I will follow your recommendation that the inquiry by the state be closed," Bush said in a two-sentence letter.
In asking McCabe to look again into how Schiavo slipped into a persistent vegetative state, Bush had cited an alleged gap between when Schiavo's husband Michael found her and when he called 911. The governor had said the issue remained unsettled.
McCabe said, however, that while such discrepancies may exist in the record, Schiavo's statements that he called 911 immediately had been consistent.
"This consistency, coupled with the varying recollections of the precise time offered by other interested parties, lead me to the conclusion that such discrepancies are not indicative of criminal activity," McCabe wrote in a letter to Bush accompanying his report.
The report was dated June 30, but not released until Thursday.
The bitter right-to-die case engulfed the courts, Congress and White House, and divided the country.
Terri Schiavo died March 31 from dehydration after her feeding tube was disconnected despite efforts by Bush, her parents and some state national lawmakers to keep her alive.
Michael Schiavo had fought to have the tube disconnected, saying his wife wouldn't have wanted to be kept alive artificially.
The autopsy left unanswered the question of why Terri Schiavo's temporarily heart stopped, cutting off oxygen to her brain. A medical examiner was unable to determine with reasonable certainty a "manner of death."
McCabe said there must be some fact or evidence indicating a criminal act caused the death to open a full homicide investigation. He said the review revealed none.
He added that the most likely cause of Schiavo's collapse remains the one already advanced - an eating disorder.
David Gibbs, attorney for Schiavo's parents, said the report appeared rushed, noting that Bob and Mary Schindler were not interviewed by the state attorney's office. "We had thought they would meet with the family," he said.
Michael Schiavo's attorney deferred comment until he had a chance to fully review the report.
