Several bloggers have drawn attention to a strange lead in a Washington Post story about the Terri Schiavo autopsy results. The June 16 Post story by David Brown said that "Terri Schiavo died of the effects of a profound and prolonged lack of oxygen to her brain on a day in 1990, but what caused that event isn't known and may never be, the physician who performed her autopsy said…"

Yes, and it got worse than that, IMO. The two drudges assigned by McCabe looked only in the existing court record. How on earth would they find anything there? How could they expect to? Greer had thrown out anything that might shed light on the case. There was nothing left to "find."

Ohhh he's still there. They were evicted from their apartment shortly after the events occured. The property was sold, so he decided they didn't have to pay rent because we were all told that the property was going to be turned into commercial use. That's fine, most of the property on this stretch of road is commercial.
So now I hear they're living in a house in another town. I've been helping with their bills for the last few years. They couldn't afford the rent on the apartment, so how do they afford to rent a house? I know. My ex is passing money to them. Kathie knows what's going to happen, but her bf is greedy. He thinks everyone owes him money. Wait until my ex pulls the rug out from under them.

We at Free Republic should initiate a Legal Fund to enable the Schindlers to sue the HINO in Civil Court for wrongful death as the Brown Family did against the other POS HINO, O.J. Simpson.Hopefully the HINO will forever be stuck as a "nurse" in that Jailhouse emptying bedpans and all the other things that the inmates dream up for this HINO.
Which is why a fresh investigation should be initiated.
Bill some of the cost of the investigation to anyone who destroyed records before Lazy Bones McCabe "closed" the case.
I can think of a couple of reasons. One being that MS did not want Terri to possibly regain her speech, and then there's the money to be made. For 2 years we've been going through probate for my mom's estate. MS gets it taken care of in ONE DAY? Please, tell me they aren't all in it together. '
Sometimes I wonder what went through Jodi's head as she made her way to Terri's room? There is a distinct possibility that she didn't go along with this willingly.
Despicable is a good word to describe the treatment the Schindler family received. It was despicable for MS and his lawyer to remove the family from Terri's room during her last moments. I don't want to know what he was whispering in her ear.

A favorite tactic is to withhold visiting opportunities for leverage, or revenge. Can you imagine the pain they would suffer being denied contact with a grandchild, as well as seeing their daughter being mistreated?
People might think I'm cold, but I purposely didn't get too close to my oldest granddaughter, for this reason. I still had a 10 yr old to take care of, so she kept me too busy to pine for Alicia. This is the kind of behavior that her father would engage in, and I'm tired of everyone's games at this point.

Ann Coulter is more than qualified noting some that sit on the bench like Ruth Bader Ginsberg. This sad story of Terri wouldn't have happened with Ann on the Bench. If someone could help keep us in compliance with the rules by posting a picture of Ann, it will be greatly appreciated.
