If she was brain dead, then she had no will and if she had no "will" then what was the big deal to let her parents continue her care?

I can think of a couple of reasons. One being that MS did not want Terri to possibly regain her speech, and then there's the money to be made. For 2 years we've been going through probate for my mom's estate. MS gets it taken care of in ONE DAY? Please, tell me they aren't all in it together. '

Oh I agree completely. He didn't want her to remember and tell what happened.
