I'm not worried about the democrats or their activists, its the idiots on our side that I'm worried about like the RINOs.

I'm just glad this stupid charade will be over.

If anyone thought that the socialists were going to give an inch on the only path to enacting their agenda -- the judiciary -- I have some swampland in Arizona for you.

This is it this their everything. The masquerade is over. McCain might as well take this opportunity to bolt parties, cuz it's time to choose sides.

Do you have a list of strict constructionsists, somewhat youngish ones that will last awhile (50 years or so)?

Three words. Janice Rogers Brown.

She'd be a woman replacing a woman and a strong conservative. And as an added bonus, she might help blacks realize that America's "first black president" had two opportunities to appoint a minority to the court and didn't and that the Democrats simply take their black constituents for granted.

If they want to Filibuster then make them actually do it. Enough of this "Gentlemen's Filibuster Rules". It would do the country good to see the dems on camera reading the phone book instead of doing their job. I say Make hem actually do it.

Here's how they should handle it. Have 1 week of debate on the Senate floor over the nomination. Then 51 or more Senators should sign a letter to the President advising and concenting to the nomination.

Kuhl Case (Eminent Domain);

She wrote the dissenting opinion on this one...in other words...she was on our side that time.

The good news is there are 25 conservatives in the house.

Thanks, in part, to the Club for Growth.

The biggest road block to getting a conservative judge confirmed will end up being Arlene Spector.

Time to put the heat on the cowardly republicans to suddenly grow some cajones and do what we put them in DC to do, which is take back our country from the darth of liberalism and it's destructive forces.

Dealing with democrats is like dealing with terrorists. If thier lips are moving they're lying.

Good one! I've got to remember this!

No matter who President Bush appoints, they will be demonized. So what does he have to lose?

GO FOR THE MOST CONSERVATIVE PERSON YOU CAN FIND!!!

(Sorry, I get excited sometimes, going to take my meds now.)

It's not a question of what the seven Democrats will do. They acted with the blessings of their party, and they will continue to vote as their leaders command.

The question is, what will the seven Republican traitors do, who acted in defiance of their leadership and still cannot be trusted to work on behalf of their party?

Bush, Frist, and the other party leaders had better be ready to lean on them, good and hard. It's payback time. Nice talk won't cut it.
