That's the claim the democrats cling to, They fail to understand that in order to defeat Terrorism and all those who support them, put Saddam at the top of the list once Afghanistan fell.

For this reason alone, Democrats cannot be trusted with our National Security. After all, What would the Democrats have done after the Taliban fell??? Declare victory over Terrorism and come home and wait for the next attack on one of our cities?
