Maybe it's because he finally waived his rights to testify about joran. Maybe that's what le wanted from him right along. I can't imagine the dad remaining strong in a jail setting.
I hope Beth is fired up with this news. She's a remarkable lady ... driven with gracious tenacity.

More and more it's seeming like the keystone cops down there. Just heard they also released ''party boat guy''! Guess my theories about the boat guy being involved have been all wrong. I just can't figure out the'' method to the madness'' of the authorities down there. Unless of course there hasn't been any method all along and there just playing it by ear.

I have no dog in this fight among you-I am NOT pointing fingers.
Perhaps it would help everyone get along better if someone were to post a daily update on the facts in the case, for example using Red letters and a larger font.. title it : UPDATE... then links or commentary. And then the conversation could flow as long and people looking for updates could be directed to the post # with the update.
If they are here to troll you or just pick a fight,then one or two people could ask them to go and everyone else just ignore them.
People looking for facts could just read that post and others could continue along.
I don't follow these cases very much- BUT I am interested in updates... and when I get here I only see infighting and some people acting like children.
I used to follow cases- so I understand some of the motivation to have to look at different angles and discuss it with other people.
I would like to remind people that y'all are discussing two families who have been ruined- and a young woman is more than likely dead.
IMO- there is a way to make everyone comfortable without forgetting how short and fragile life is.

I know they said Aruba has been losing business cause of this horrible incident. But how are they going to get rid of the nightmare unless they solve this case. I wonder if the cops down there think if they gradually let everybody go one by one like you say that it'll all just magically go away like it never happened? Are they nuts?!!
