They could also just have been out all night on the beach..drinking..maube a little grass...it doesn't always have to be about sex..and there is far more safety in numbers..4-5 of the girls , meet a few lovcal guys they seem nice..meet them on the beach .light a bonfire..stay up all night..it doesn't have to turn bad..but for her to get in a car alone with 3-4 other guys, there are only three possibile scenarios..IMHO..she was incredible naive..she was incredibly experienced...or she was drugged/incapacitated and incapable of making a decision..

I read yesterday on Scared Monkeys about a search & detention relating to the NH case, not reported on fox until today. They truly seem to know what they report. There is also a lot of speculation but the posters from Aruba are correct in the facts they have presented. They even gave the location of the house being searched. I believe it was the Croes person.

Yes, as common as Smith or Jones in America.

The problem with your scenerio, is that she didn't appear on camera at the time the boys made up the story that they "dropped her off"...or any other time after that. So then they changed the story once again. She doesn't appear to have been "dropped off" at the Hotel or Casino at all.

She was with the three boys. We know that for sure.

1. Did the "chaperones" really fly to Aruba on a private jet, and NOT with the kids?

No, they didn't. The adult that answered that had added that maybe one that had money might of have but that no the majority did not.

2. She DID have roomates, right?..If so, then when these other girls woke at 7, or 7:30 or whatever , that morning....and saw that her bed hadn't been slept in, she hadn't been back to the room all night....they did nothing..called no one..they just showered, dress, and left? That makes NO sense whatsoever..

Yes she had room mates, the way it was explained was that she had so many friends that she would go from room to room and sleep.

I'm thinking that what happened is that when rooms were assigned she didn't get a room with her close friends. Hard saying but her non presences wsas brushed off as normal. Don't know if that means that she never slept in her assigned room or what.

The Report is out via blog and newswire in the Netherlands on the status of the Father of Joran Van der Sloots visitation rights. He will be allowed to visit his son in jail. The newest development that I have heard this morning is that Joran’s attorney, A. Carlos  will not be allowed to see Joran for 8 days. This is because he talked to witnesses and other people involved in the case. Amazing as it seems for Americans, this is forbidden in the Dutch legal system. (Thanks Gerben)
