Seriously folks, I think the issue is not the jury. The jury can only work with the evidence provided.
Snedden took PERSONAL charge of this case the ball and burden was in his PERSONAL lap.
The jury simply said Snedden failed to remove any REASONABLE doubts.
Remember Snedden's search warrent stunts? remember his initial press conference?
Seriously folks, prosecutors are FAR from paragons of virtue, quite the opposite.

And what's even more BS, is the fact that he can't EVER be brought up on any of these charges EVER again - is that true? he can go out, commit these crimes, admit it on national TV and not be prosecuted? I do not belive that.

Keep an eye on all your children. Child Molestation just became legal.
I agree...completely. I am actually stunned by this verdict.

Sleeping in bed with little boys, having alcohol and being drunk in their presence, possessing child porn, all of those things go beyond just being weird.
One thing is for sure, if the knowledge of those facts alone, are not enough for people to keep their kids away from MJ, I don't know what would be.

If you're a celebrity, in this country, you won't be convicted unless they ahave a videotape of you actually doing the crime.

That's where they are interviewing next....

Whoa. To sleep with a child when you are a 46 yr old man
IS CHILD ABUSE because you have crossed boundaries that are not ok. No one seems to get this.Yeesh.
To: wrathof59
LOL, it would have most likely been legal in Indiana as well...

I just thought of something halarious as I'm watching the caravan up the 101 Fwy.
Would it be great if Sneddon pulled them over and wrote 'em all a speeding ticket?!!

"Since when can't I say what I think? He got off, just like O.J. did."
Yes he did. And for all those defense attys that say that those prior acts don't mean anything are lying.

Nice rant, but you missed the most important fact: Jackson deliberately picks his victim's families JUST LIKE HER.
You may be saying somethign different when the new book about Jackson comes out.

Because I find it offensive in the extreme that you would suggest that I'm "giving him a license" to commit child abuse simply because I have a differing opinion than yours.
You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
To: longtermmemmory
Is prosecutors were always right, we wouldn't need trials. We have an advocacy system. The prosecutor is not fighting for the truth, he is presenting one side only.

You can say what you think, and you're absolutely right. Apparently stars have some sort of immunity.

Why do they even try "stars"? They are ALL above the law and don't get convicted of anything. Maybe we should get rid of the jury system and have professional jurors.
