regarding the hotel, many hotels have more than one entrance, that Holiday Inn is huge, for example the place we stayed in Aruba, down the road, all the rooms were on the beach, long rows of two story villas and you did not have to go through the main lobby to get to your room and you could walk from hotel to hotel along the beach itself, I don't even have any recollection of security guards in Aruba so if they were there they were unobtrusive

now if this had been Barbados, every hotel you have no choice but to go through a security gate, and they have guards on the beaches at night and they tell you not to go on the beach at night, even couples.....

I find it curious that none of the MSM national newscasts has mentioned this story yet. Did someone say this story came from CNN? Hardly a reliable source IMO.

I for one am glad to see that you are realizing that in 2005, but for the grace of God, many of us would have or did have terrible things happen to us. Frankly, I was concerned about your flippant remarks earlier. True, if a young person on a student trip truly wants to make an effort to slip a chaperone at 1 or 2 am, it's not too hard. I have heard of people using police tape on doors for middle schoolers, but for the inventive and combative teenager, used to getting his or her way, slipping a watchful eye on the last night out of port would not be too hard.

One night on a student trip, I remember staying up all night on a balcony with two other adult chaperones, watching a man on a slight hill smoking cigarettes--who was just waiting for us to go to sleep. We took turns keeping an eye out like we were on patrol. This was in France. To this day, I am glad he was smoking. I could count his drags, which helped keep me awake on my watch.

What about this makes you think the so called chaperones on this trip had any responsibilty to monitor the kids actions?

Nothing except my own sense of responsibility, and that I am assuming that some of the chaperones were relatives of some of the people who went.

Is it possible that all 5 work together? Could the three either have sold her to the two, or the three handed her over to the two. Is it possible that she isn't dead, but authorities are suggesting that she is dead to try and get this over with as soon as possible because its bad for business?

The very first thing their Defense attorney (and the FBI, and local cops) would do is check to see when the Young Guys say they dropped her off at the Hotel... and then check the timestamps on the Holiday Inn camera.

If the Allegro guys disappear well before the "drop off" time....or are still on the camera well after "drop off" time...then they got an alibi on videotape.

Either "we weren't there before"...or "we were still there after" would be their alibi.

Now how would the 3 young guys get them to stay on camera at the right time...and then get them to leave the camera at the right time... in order to frame them?

Definately bad for business which is why I wonder if they have any real evidence against these two. Also seems fishy that one of the three men who had sex with her is a judge's son but they are charged with anything.

I believe both of these facts are "internet rumors".Their has been no confirmation in news media to date.

For me, the story from the " 3 " local guys stunk from day one and hasn't gotten any better. NO WAY I believe she had sex willingly with these three guys. No Way. And for them to be credible and believable, you have to accept that. I dont.

Yes, the 3 said so.

Do you have a link to this. I haven't seen it documented yet.

If so, she was probably drugged.

Need to find the body

see in our trip I don't even think the teachers tried to put any restrictions on us in Rome, no one was punished when we got back home, that's for sure and that course's enrolment skyrocketed because of the annual trip to Rome.......

in Sorrento, we were terrified so the teachers didn't have to say anything, we stayed in of our own accord.....

didn't mean to sound flip but boy you look back and I was a a relatively good two shoes kid, compared to my siblings, [I'd be the one saying shouldn't we be getting back now, won't we get into trouble?]

my parents are just now getting some of the stories, esp involving my brothers and you know, utterly amazing no one got really hurt or in big trouble, sure could have so easily

I have to agree, best to stay out of third world hell holes (unfortunately with our illegal immigration problem, they'll probably be coming to us).

It is obvious that you've never been to Aruba. It is certainly not a 3rd world country. They had one murder last year and two the year before.

How many murders and kidnappings do you think have occurred in Orlando?

You still aren't getting it. "Homocide" is a misspelling; the word is, unless I'm greatly mistaken, "homicide."

Aruba is playing CYA.The FBI can assist in the investigation, but we do not have concurrrent jurisdiction in that island. All five were involved with the murder of that girl. They drugged, raped, passed her around and then murdererd her to silence her. I do not believe we will see justice served in this case. Aruba is concerned more about losing money on their tourist trade, that is why they called the FBI. It makes me sick to see these third world island criminals killing innocent Americans. She was one of us an American. We lost a good one to 5 POS in Aruba. I fail to see why Americans travel to these places where they are hated by many. Thank you for your response. NSNR

That is because I'm not in charge of it ...

What is your basis for this statement? The three guys did not report that they had sex with her.
