Principal, Students Charged In Alleged Mifflin Sexual Assault

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Two students were charged Wednesday in an alleged sexual assault at Mifflin High School, NBC 4's Nancy Burton reported.
Brandyn Hobbs, 15, and Timothy C. Armistead, 16, were each charged with two counts of rape, one count of sexual battery and one count of kidnapping for the alleged incident March 9 in the high school auditorium.

A big thank you to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien and Columbus City Attorney Rick Pfeiffer for making sure that justice is done. They have cut through the political B.S. that one Mayor Mike Coleman has made this and are doing a good job. Both their track records are solid. (And if anyone asks, O'Brien is a Republican and Pfeiffer is a Democrat)
Prinicpal's charges apparently involve a failure to report abuse or neglect and is a misdemeanor.
