King Fraud has been in a persistent vegetative state for years. When I was in the Kingdom in the '80s, we reverently referred to him "Fart Hard".

"I'm trying to understand this. The King is very old and has been in ill health for a long time. It is not surprising that he is hospitalized. His son has been in charge for a long time now so I don't get why this would precipitate an alert. I'm sure I'm missing something." I agree. I think I've been seeing 'hints' of something in the works for quite a while now, nothing exactly that I can put my finger on but, it does involve us. Maybe Iran? Syria?

Actually, Crown Prince Abdullah, the guy who's been running the show since King Fahd's incapacitation, is Fahd's brother. Abdullah has also been in poor health for some time. At this point, his loss would be more of a cause for panic. True, but what I have read in the past is that there is a struggle going on between King Fahd's brother and his son for who will control the kingdom.
The kingdom is on pretty shaky ground to begin with from its people, and top that with the death of the king and an internal power struggle and you have a volatile mix.
There is a good reason the CIA calls these princes dead men walking.

4000 I've heard. Don't know if that's accurate. Reporter: A Saudi prince said...
Rummy: Do you have any idea how many Saudi princes there are?
Reporter: A major Saudi prince said...
Rummy: Now you've made the rest of 'em feel bad!

Wish they'd sent him to Paris for medical treatment - then the Jihadists could all riot agains the French and maybe some of the French would start to realize they are on a path to destruction at the hands of the Islamo-fascists....
