Good for you! I too, am dis-enrolling from the Republican party. I fed up. Maine is a wretched blue state and is now been lost forever.

Exactly what you said---HOw would Graham know how other Republicans are going to vote on the nominees, unless they all discussed who was going to vote for who? I think there was a deal that hasn't been written on paper, that has these 3 nominees NOT getting enough votes..!
During his remarks a short while ago, Graham explicitly said the three will pass by more than a simple majority, showing, he said, they are not the extremists they've been portrayed as.

I would really, really, really like to know who you are and what the source of that spin is....oh man... If C-SPAN would zoom in on the laptop on McCain's floor desk, would we see him madly typing away on FR signed in as "Light and Truth"?

Very astute. Thanks for pointing me over there. Makes me wonder even more. But Graham made it explicit today that the RINOs will in fact vote against some of the nominees.
That needs to be repeated. These RINOs are already planning on voting against Bush's nominees.

Maybe he will totally lose it, and they will have to take him out in a straight jacket and lock him up for the rest of his life, and they will have to have a special elelction to replace him.
To: EternalVigilance
I caught the end of it, and it was on CNN, so take it for what it's worth.

Cornyn refers to Roseanna Roseanadana when he means Emily Litella. I think you are right.

Troll or not, setting aside the first paragraph, I think the analysis of Frist's performance (or lack thereof) is spot on.
