Dean want to do what's good for America. He's got the talking points. We are now to checks and balances and the ethics committee changing the rules for DeLay.

George Allen is my favorite, too. Wouldn't it be nice if the other 'contendahs' backed off before going through a vicious primary season. (Just dreaming, I know)

Tim: Tom DeLay at a meeting said that Democrats around the country are more and more alienated because the party of Kennedy and ROosevelt are now the party of Howard Dean.

Dean: He has so many ethics problems I had to write them down. Going through a list...

John McCain can not be trusted. It pains me to say that as a Naval Officer.

He keeps saying these things "...aren't good for America".

Would it be toooooo much of a stretch to ask Tim to remind him it was AMERICANS who voted for the GOP in the White House, the House and the Senate?!!!

Tim playing the Dean clip about DeLay being jailed. He's under investigation in Texas by an attorney general (we know who that is). Says DeLay shouldn't be in Congress.

Dean: The admin. is paying journalists to write favorable stories. Hiding scientific reports regarding mercury. It's an abuse of power.

Tim: But you did say something about DeLay that raised eyebrows. Plays clip of Dean saying DeLay should serve jail sentence.

Dean: He hasn't been convicted yet but he's also under investigation in TX for violating campaign finance laws.

Tim: You said we shouldn't pre-judge Osama bin Laden so how can you have a different standard for DeLay? (Great question)

Dean: Where is this going to end up ? He may end up in jail.

Dean: "48% of Americans did not support Bush"...referring to "minority rights" of the Dem senators.

The way I look at any election is that if you do not come out and vote AGAINST the incumbent, you are giving your support to the incumbent. Every eligible voter who did not vote in the election gave their approval to Dubya. Therefore, the 48% means nothing HowOdd!
