Just leaving the movies in downtown Palo Alto. Cops are all over, sealing off the two main streets. Gang of black dressed punks just tore thru breaking stuff up. Still on the rampage. Every cop in Palo alto and Menlo seems to be on the streets. All traffic diverted. Developing.

What to buy or what to use on them?
I think rifle would be more fun, but the Mini-14 has accuracy problems when a lot of rounds are put through it.
12GA 00buck. would have a more damaging effect / conversely more soothing on the shooters end.
I believe their is a rifle that is over/under with .223 & 12 ga.
This could be an option. YOu could plink them with .223, and if they got too close, switch to 12 GA. :-)

Unfortunately, their idea of changing their routine calls for them to gather in groups, threaten law-abiding citizens, vandalize businesses and others' property, and confront police officers.
I understand why they might not find stamp-collecting would give them a satisfactory kick and break from their stifling routine, but they could try mountain climbing, skydiving, motorcycle racing, etc. Yet, even those would not satisfy their need to destroy.
