Why did Hatch just yield to Kennedy?

The time for today is divided by unanimous consent. The floor changes hands each hour, at quarter to. There are a couple of two hour periods. The DEMS have from 1:45 to 3:45. 6:45 to 8:15 is also the DEMs, 8:15 to 8:45 is last of the day, and is GOP controlled.

I missed it if he said that.

I wasn't paying attention to the whole thing.

What I DID notice is that he said that they have approved NINETY-FIVE percent of Bush's appointments.

Rush pointed out yesterday that that is an OUTRIGHT LIE! HE said the ACTUAL number is FIFTY-THREE percent.

The LOWEST NUMBER approved in the last thirty years was 77 percent. Dubya gets ONLY 53 percent.

What a travesty these ar$eholes bald-face LYING!!
