I just want to warn everyone in advance not to expect a quick result today. They are going to allow a day or two of debate on Pricilla Owen before they call for the vote. It may be early next week before the filibuster rule is actually eliminated.
Don't get frustrated -- Remember, Joe Six-pack will just be tuning in and we want them to see that the nominee is being fully debated (forget the fact that her nomination has been pending for 4 years.
Be patient!
