Seems like Ceci has a problem turning her neck from side to side. She sorta awkwardly rotates in her chair. Probably a tight girdle.
Something is going on at Fox, Brit stunned both Wallace and Ceci for launching false premises.
Both Ceci and Wallace had no muscles in their faces after that. Just a bland stare. IOW they were caught lying and everyone saw it.

Thank Goodness for Brit, I've never heard a panel discussion where one person was such a forceful advocate for common sense and getting down to the real issues.
The rest of the FNC panel was awful, with all the smart newswomen - why did they pick the bimbo from the Globe? She contributed nothing.
Kristol as usual smirked, mumbled, and said nothing of interest. Does he have some hold over Murdoch?
CC played the standard DNC mouthpiece liberal, and Wallace had to kept from wondering off into trivia by Hume. Amazing that Hume had to keep pointing out to Wallace what the real issues were.
Just pathetic. If Hume ever quits the panel, I'll stop watching and go fishing.

Oh, I'm not using the blame game. Or, not trying to. What I AM urging is effective leadership on the GOP side to bring these judges to a vote. Just a bit of research exposes the Fortes elevation to Chief Justice as not the same thing that's going on now.
Both sides may have used the filibuster in the past to varying degrees, but there's not much argument that the Democrats are abusing their limited powers and stretching the history of filibusters to justify their position.

Chris was given a Hume lesson before it was over.Pappa Mike Wallace was probably laughing his *ss off at his son getting dressed down as he did. It was a funny morning.

FOX's FNS was a joy to watch this morning. However, Brit has been on a roll for a few weeks now. He was good last week too, as he kept bringing the conversation back to the issues and not let the rest of the panel go off on tangents.

What's soooo amazing is that cBSLOL. I saw some of it on SeeBS. Kennedy was actually dried out, and his hair was loose and fluffy. He looked almost alive, but he was fumbling quite a bit.
Oh well, at least they seem to have taken the Olds Delta 88 away from him.

True. Brit Hume is simply the best in the business. I have not anyone who can compare to his professionalism. Even when he's the host, he works hard in getting the pundits to respond coherently, and keeps them off tangents.
To: InterceptPoint
On Fox News Sunday, it was suggested that if the Dems don't have the votes (the RINO votes) to stop the nuclear option their best strategy is to allow a cloture vote to succeed after they filibuster the Circuit Court nominees. If the DEMs don't object to moving to the vote, there won't even be a need for a cloture motion.
The filing of a cloture motion is a concession that Rule XXII is a proper route to follow for judicial nominees, regardless of the outcome of the cloture vote that will come on the second day after the motion is filed. Some Democrats would have to vote for cloture in order to obtain the 60 votes required to move to the vote.
I don't have a prediction as to how it will play out, just summarizing a couple of paths that are short of a rules change (or rules reapplication, see Rule XXXI) the way that I understand them.

I love it when he gets angry, because he's always on the right side of the issue.

FOX was great this morning. Brit and Kristol did a great job of explaining the Bolton problem being policy, and Hume even brought Cuba into the discussion. It was one of the best round tables I've seen. Yeah! I thought so, too. One of the very best in a long time. Very good to see Brit speak up and correct not only Cece, but Chris. I wish they'd dump the "Power Player" segment and extend the Round Table.

It's like arguing with an attorney. You can't win because they have insight you don't. Pundits and the press are similar in that they are perceived as experts in their field and it takes someone from within their profession to nail them properly when the are misreporting, guessing, misstating the facts, etc. Brit's long history, professionalism and sense of fairness gives him the perspective and knowledge to correct others in his field.
To: Finny
They should make Brit Hume the Power Player of the Year, and just have him explain things to the public as he debunks the myths the left tries to proffer. Better yet, get Brit to debate different media types from the left, one on one, on a weekly basis. Won't happen, but one can wish.
