That was the point Hume made and Kristol confirmed. They led off of a statement by Easton. IF the Democrats fail to filibuster over circuit court judges, the issue is moot for now and they can use it later for a Supreme Court judge. Ceci just sat there listening. (Maybe she was getting an education beyond the Democrat talking points.)

When Brit was talking about Reid's mention of the FBI files, Brit referred to that kind of action (by Reid) as McCarthy-ite and 'slimey' (if I heard right).

Actually, she looked kind of sheepish to me. Brit is not tolerating the BS and she just keeps trying to dish it. Brit was on FIRE today!
In all honesty, Ceci was clearly out of her league this morning. She tried to fake authoratative talking points and got nailed on it by Brit and Kristol. Then she tried as to why the filibuster was going on, only to get knocked down by every other panelist. Even Wallace was not immune. Chris was given a Hume lesson before it was over.
A leftie shill who didn't have much to say. That's all you need to know. I think she was content to let CiCi take a beating without stepping into the firing line herself.
I heard it the same way, and this was pointed out earlier in this forum thread so I was looking for it. Great stuff today. I believe professionals like Hume really are upset over the childish display and antics the Democrats are using now.
Goose would be more appropriate! Maybe there will be fois gras.
