That was the point Hume made and Kristol confirmed. They led off of a statement by Easton. IF the Democrats fail to filibuster over circuit court judges, the issue is moot for now and they can use it later for a Supreme Court judge. Ceci just sat there listening. (Maybe she was getting an education beyond the Democrat talking points.)
