ERBIL (Iraq) - the American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice paid Sunday morning a visit surprised in Iraq while going in the Kurdish city of Erbil (northern), noted a journalist of AFP.
Mrs. Rice had arrived on board a military apparatus C-17 of Qatar. Its voyage in Iraq, a country devastated by violences was kept secret and only some collaborators were informed.
