Thank goodness there is such alertness in these cases. I am glad they err on the side of caution. We just cannot take these things lightly, and even if it causes some inconvenience or blood pressures to rise - it is necessary. That pilot might find himself in a great deal of trouble if there is no reasonable explanation for entering the "no fly zone."
