You call yourself a Boortz Libertarian.
I call you a disgrace for your comment. You obviously didn't see these photos.

It's my understanding that political speech is particularly protected by the First Amendment, and broad latitude is given to the speaker. This is a private website with rules that govern conduct. The TubGirl poster has no more "right" to post here than that he govern himself according to the rules established by the site's owner. If he doesn't like that, he's welcome to start his own website.
The first amendment only protects him in the notion of whether he can be prohibited from saying what he wants -- not WHERE he wants to say it.
If I don't let you speak on my soapbox, I'm not violating your first amendment rights -- you certainly have the option of setting up your own soapbox.

Even if the creep isn't prosecuted, it will be identified, made to show up in court and bear legal expenses. Though I think it's time to take a close look at state laws in which the creep resides and see exactly what is or isn't prosecutable.

Who's to say that this person has been banned before? He could be a FReeper in good standing, having been here for quite a while, and is now laughing. How hard is it to simply create another username? Not hard to do, but also not hard to catch, providing they are using the same IP address.

I have often wondered why a zotted post will still show up on a ping-list. It seems like a weakness in the system.I kinda like my (much more mild) zotted posts showing up in my ping lists, though, and so do those I've posted to (so they said by freepmail).
Perhaps we should have two levels of post deletion: Zot, and Delete. Zot makes the post go away in every arena, including the ping-lists. Delete just kills the public publishing but keeps the posts in the ping-lists.

Vel: He posted to TM this morning. I usually check in to TM first thing in the a.m. and saw that vile photo. It was very upsetting.

No, I wouldn't be surprised. I just hate to think that it would happen. But then, I just saw someone call those who are angry about this called "whiners." Feh!

I did not know that. I can't imagine how it could be done, either, but that's too far afield for this thread, I think, so I'll learn about it elsewhere.

Our recourse is to delete his posts and remove his account, and ban his IP address.I would wager that this activity would constitute a violation of his own ISP's Terms of Service; Identifying his ISP and presenting this to them would most likely result in the removal of his access privledges.

I just saw the images as I was scrolling through forums at the site. I don't get this delivered to my email account. And it was not any ping list I belong to.

Free Republic just needs an /ignore feature so you whiners can just filter him out.He changes username each day he shows up. The /ignore feature wouldn't work in this instance.

Unfortunately, I saw it on the TM thread and on another thread. Taking Tums now to calm the upset stomach. Yuck!
To: Lazamataz
I hope so, because I am 100% serious and I will not let go of this, until he's identified and prosecuted. More power to you Laz! This creep needs to be tracked down and prosecuted.
To: eastforker
I have it you all, since minors are allowed on this site couldn't he be charged with providing pornography to minors, just a thought.Excellent point.

But once he's found, sending someone to break his kneecaps (and his computer) with a Louisville Slugger is probably cheaper than suing him into oblivion. That's a job for a .410 bore Mossberg.

I hadn't seen any of the earlier ones. In a way, posting under multiple names might make it easier to track this idiot.
