Conservative/Tory but you'd be in a tiny minority of the populace today to be far right in UK terms.I've come a long way since 9-11. I was a liberal Democrat. Now I'm a conservative Republican.
And some people don't believe in miracles...

I love "Bread in Heaven." The boys finally won after 27 years of waiting.

The hot-button American social issues aren't important there because neither side has used anti-democratic means to ram their pet cause down the throat of the British public.
Memo: I wouldn't want leftist social issues shoved down my throat via democratic means either.

The South East still looks pretty empty on my map...when they start coming in, the Tory number will shoot up.

Good to hear sorry we did not gain it though

I know up here in Canada, they are taking off in many regions but backfiring in a few important ones (i.e. Quebec)...
To: TheBigB
I don't know it well enough to be able to say, but I would assume they are.

I wonder if the Tories made the mistake of not following what Bush did and tried to mobilize the base...by placing social issues high on the agendaI think Blair had Joe Trippi(?) helping him.
To: TheBigB
Well we knew the Lib Dems would be tough...it now appears that they will be at 60 seats.
