What did CBS do about Survivor?
Any truth to a post I read on another thread that President Bush's press conference has been moved up to 7:30pm?
I will be heading home when this starts, but I will listen on the radio. And now, for a little editorial comment:

Someone told me that the reason The WH moved this up a half hour is to give Helen Thomas more time to apply her Ponds creme and catch some beauty rest....Can you imagine?
I want him to come out strong and slam the AARP, the Democrats, moveon.idiots and all else who have been LYING to the American people about his Social Security reform plan. Call them liars, Mr. President! His plan would take billions of dollars out of the spending hands of Congress and allow them to be invested in a fully funded, properly run retirement program. Right now, NONE, ZERO, NOTHING of a person's Social Security contributions is invested. This should be slam dunk!

Well, we're about 50 min. into the President's press conference and I find it most distressing to see there's not one reporter with the back bone to ask a question about illegal aliens and our open borders. This would have been a perfect time to hold Pres. Busch's feet to the fire, and the press is totally ignoring the subject. Of course, I certainly don't expect this President to bring the toopic up.
Dubya never sounded more coherent or confident. If he had sounded like that 4-5 years ago there would be none of the running jokes about his mental acumen.
Just taking this opportunity to unveil my new tagline. I'll be gone for a few days, so I'll read the flames when I get back.....
