NBC: Brian Williams will anchor from 8PM to 9PM Eastern.

ABC: Elizabeth Vargas and George Snuafflafugus will sub for Peter Jennings on health leave

FOX Broadcast Network: Shep Smith with a level 2 cut in for local stations which will allow them to cut in for 'The OC' post speech/press conference

CNN: Wolf Blitzed and Paula Zahn, Larry King from 10PM to 11PM eastern, Aaron Brown at 11PM

CNBC: Larry Kudlow and Ron Insana with a 'Special Report' from 8PM to 9PM

MSNBC: 7PM Pregame Hardball 'Special Report' Chris Matthews with post spin until 10 Eastern
